Do you lock us into long contracts?

Nope. We work month-to-month. Seriously. Some clients stick with us for years because we actually deliver results. Others ramp up for 6 months during a big shift then scale back. You decide. If it's not working, tell us — though most people don't.

What's included in 'implementation support'?

We show up. Your team meets with our advisors weekly (or bi-weekly depending on your plan). We help draft your messages, design the rollout timeline, coach your leaders, and troubleshoot when things get weird. Which they will. That's normal.

Can you work with us part-time or as-needed?

Absolutely. We have hourly consulting available too ($285/hour). Works great if you need specific help — maybe you're building your own change team internally and just need a second set of eyes on the strategy. Or you need emergency support for 3 weeks. Let's figure out what makes sense for you.

Do you offer discounts for annual commitments?

We do, actually. Pay upfront for a full year and you'll save about 12%. But honestly? We'd rather you stay because we're good, not because you're locked in. If annual makes your budget easier to manage, we'll make it work.
